Lover's Tempo ships all orders using Canada Post. You may select your preferred Canada post shipping option at Checkout.
Customers in the United States may use our default Canada post shipping options or opt for our Guaranteed 1-2 day delivery through DHL for $22 USD.
Expected Delivery dates depend on the shipping option selected at checkout. Please ensure you are selecting an option that suits the needs of your timeline for receiving your jewelry.
Lover's Tempo is not responsible for customs or taxes associated with international shipping. We do not assume responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items during transit.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Any packages that are delayed or lost due to inaccuracies in the shipping details provided by the customer are not the responsibility of Lover's Tempo.
We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days, subject to availability. If you require your order to be rushed please contact email@example.com with your order number and date you are hoping to receive the order by and we will do everything possible to expedite your order.
RETURN POLICIES & REPAIRS
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
If you are not happy with your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order. We can offer store credit for any returns of unworn pieces still in their original packaging with the exception of sale items which are all final sale.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we advise that you use a tracked shipping option. Lover's Tempo is not responsible for return packages that go missing.
Our jewelry is all plated. With time, the gold/silver plating on costume jewelry will wear. Depending on an individual’s skin and usage, this can occur as quickly as 1 week and up to a couple of years.
Because there are a lot of factors outside of our control when it comes to the life of the plating on the jewelry, we cannot offer any guarantees for it’s lifespan and as such, tarnishing jewelry is not an eligible reason for a return.
Gold plated jewelry does tarnish quicker than silver plated. If you find you are prone to plating wearing quickly, you may find more longevity from silver plated jewelry.
RETURNS FROM JEWELRY PURCHASED FROM OUR RETAIL PARTNERS
All returns for items purchased from one of our retail partners must be returned to the original retailer where the item was purchased. This includes claims of product defects. When our retail partners purchase the products from us, they become the owners of that product. When you purchase the product from a store, you are conducting a transaction with the store where it is purchased.
Lover’s Tempo is unable to process returns, refund or exchanges on products purchased through our retailers because we were not a part of the transaction where the item was purchased.
We do work closely with all of our valued retail partners to handle product defect claims through our wholesale channels.
WHOLESALE RETURN REQUESTS
If you are a Lover’s Tempo Wholesale partner and have had a customer return a defective product to your store, please contact email@example.com to request a Return Authorization and we will be happy to help you.
There are definitely limitations on the longevity of fashion jewelry as the materials are not everlasting. Because there are a lot of factors outside of our control when it comes to the life of the jewelry, we cannot offer any guarantees for the product’s lifespan.
That said, if your jewelry becomes damaged or in need of repair we can evaluate it’s eligibility for a repair at a cost. The minimum repair cost is $10 and the customer is responsible for shipping both ways.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with an email subject “Repair Request” and include a photo of your damaged jewelry to request information on whether your damaged item may be eligible for a repair. If any pieces of the jewelry are no longer intact, please make sure to hold on to all components and include them in the photograph.
If your repair request is approved please ensure that you ship all of the pieces to our studio in a secure package.
